A curated directory of models, libraries, tools and resources for working with camera trap datasets. This directory is a work in progress and will be updated regularly. If you have suggestions for additions or improvements, drop me a message.

The directory is organized into three main sections: Models, Libraries, and Software.

Models are individual machine learning models or algorithms that can be used for tasks like species identification, object detection, or image classification.

Libraries are collections of models, tools, and utilities that provide a more comprehensive framework for working with camera trap data. They often include multiple models, pre-processing utilities, and evaluation metrics, making them suitable for end-to-end workflows.

Software refers to the various tools and applications that can be used to work with camera trap data. This includes software for data collection, annotation, analysis, and visualization. The directory aims to provide links to relevant software resources, including open-source projects, commercial tools, and cloud-based platforms.
